Cheese Cake is a sweet dessert that consists of one or more layers. The main & the thickest layer consist of a mixture of soft, fresh cheese, eggs, & sugar. If there is an involvement of the bottom layer then it consists of a crust or base that gets made through crushed cookies, graham crackers, pastry, or sometimes the sponge cake. It gets made from four 8-ounce blocks (904 g) full-fat cream cheese that gets softened to room temperature. The cheesecake consists of 1 cup(200g) granulated sugar, 1 cup (240g) full-fat sour cream, at room temperature, 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice with 3 large eggs(if you wish to this is optional however recommended), at room temperature.
